Here we go again! Darin has another project in the works. He has already redone one VW bus back in 2006 (I will post pics of that one this weekend) - but he sold it shortly before Keira was born because we figured we wouldn't get much use out of it. He loved it!! He has been regretting that he sold it. So, he has been on a quest for another one. One of his buddies had an old one that he was going to take to the junkyard. It had Darin's name written all over it! He is like a little kid! He will be using it for camping trips, mountain bike trips, etc.I am going to try and do a weekly post every Friday of the progress he has made on it.

How is the VW project? We will be buying our 2nd bus soon. We have a '72, pretty much like yours from what I can tell. And the next one is gonna be a panel bus - no windows (except front & back). We will use it for our summer business.
Hi! It has been on hiatus through the winter - down in the side garage! My husband is dying to get it going....hopefully he will get back working on it soon. He just does it for fun.....we will be using it for camping trips, travel, etc. It will be nice and roomy for my daughter and our 2 dogs! You should post some of
